Our communication and reporting center located at Shahajadpur, Gulshan remains open all through and manned by our staffs round the clock who maintain communication with the zonal headquarters and practically with all guards through mobile communication network. Our hotline remains open for all to communicate including to our customers who can put forward any complaint or suggestion instantly. Receiving complaint or suggestions our staffs inform both the concern Assistant Manager and the management for immediate action. Locally at Chattogram we have radio communication wherever necessary.
