The zonal offices work as liaison and control office each under one Assistant Manager. Under that one Assistant Manager, we have number of supervisors depending on the number of guards, area and proximity. All Assistant Managers are supervised by One Assistant General Manager. Supervisors monitor the activities of the guards and visit guard posts at least twice a day. A morning brief everyday by the assistant managers updates the management about the total activities. A surprise day and night patrol is also carried out by a special team. Our all guards are communicated through company’s mobile network from our control room at the Head Quarter which is manned round the clock.
